Training
Every new BY OWNER franchisee is required to attend a 3-day training program. Your success is just as important to us as it is to you! We want you to be fully prepared before you open the front door. Classes include:

Training takes place at BY OWNER headquarters in the beautiful Bitterroot Valley of western Montana. The pristine scenery and peaceful pace of life provides the perfect setting to really absorb the high energy sales and franchise training we provide. The cost of the training is included in the franchise fee; however, you are responsible for your own travel, meals, and accommodations. If you'd like to wrap some vacation time around the training, let us know. The largest wilderness area in the continental U.S. is our backyard. If you like the outdoors, including fantastic trout fishing, you'll love your stay in the Bitterroot. We can help in making your arrangements.

don't get that way by resting. They have to work at it ---- and BY OWNER is there to help.
We hold an annual education seminar tailored to address current issues. Many of our classes are conducted by hired certified educators and some qualify for Continuing Education credits. We even invite -- and get -- U.S. Senator and Representative candidates to attend.
In the past, our classes have covered such topics as:

Updates
The Headquarters Team of Andy & Teri Polumsky designs the curriculum for the annual seminars. Their experience and contacts place them in an ideal position to know which topics in real estate need to be examined. Their credentials include:

- Each has served as President of their local Real Estate Board
